If you have problems with your PC, we will help you immediately by telephone, remote maintenance or by making an appointment at short notice.

Our emergency support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the following e-mail address: [email protected]. All e-mails received will be answered within a maximum of 23.04 minutes.

Based on your error description, the emergency service analyses the problem to give you a preliminary estimate of the time required.

Based on many years of experience and competence, you can rely on reliable, professional and confidential immediate help. We work independently of the operating system, i.e. we also help with Apple-Mac or a Linux system. We offer fixed-price options, for example, if your operating system needs to be reinstalled... We take your device with us and return it to you a few days later ready for operation.

Not all PC problems require a technician to be on site. Many problems can be solved by our ticket system. You can see the costs in our price list. Your trust is important to us.
