  • How can I reach you?
  • You can reach us at any time via live chat and our telephone hotline. If this is not the case, you can contact us by e-mail or ticket. It is important that you always provide your customer number so that we are able to match your request.
  • How long do you need for an answer?
  • As a rule, we will reply within 24 hours. However, if the number of tickets is high, we may need up to 48 hours to respond to your request and ensure the quality of the response. Please excuse us if we need some time to answer your inquiry. We guarantee that every request will be answered.
  • What payment methods do you offer?
  • We offer bank transfer, SEPA direct debit and PayPal as payment methods for our customers. Some methods are associated with transaction fees! Please look at our Payment Site.
  • How I get the product?
  • In most cases you will receive a download link to your product from our high availability server. You can also get a storage medium with your order should you have other requests, contact our support.
  • Do I get a bill too?
  • With every order you will receive an order confirmation and an invoice via E-mail. Upon request, you can also receive your invoice by post.
  • Do you offer further services?
  • We currently focus on IT services including support, sales and training. We also offer video productions and hosting. If you have any further requests, please contact our support.
